Abstract:
To achieve worldwide high quality assurance of global production, today's task is to retain high reliability of the production facilities in operation. In the future, it is urgently required to uniformly raise the quality level of the maintenance technicians, domestic and overseas, to achieve a stable retention of highly reliable robot facilities. The authors presently propose the Virtual – Maintenance Innovated Computer System – for Educational Management (V-MICS-EM), an educational management system for the robot operation and maintenance. Concretely, we will establish a visual manual of educational management system on the robot operation and maintenance and demonstrate its effectiveness.
