Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the existing target economic scheduling model of intelligent manufacturing products cannot reasonably control the number of feasible tasks, which leads to poor economic scheduling effects, a target economic scheduling model of intelligent manufacturing products based on a penalty function is proposed. Based on the overall structure of the economic dispatch model, the economic dispatch problem is described. Directed acyclic graphs were used to define the workflow of smart manufacturing products to design the best solutions. According to the established constraints, the penalty function is applied to the design of the economic dispatch model to complete the design of the economic dispatch model. Experimental results show that the scheduling time of the designed model is generally within 4 s, the scheduling cost is less than 60 yuan, and the scheduling accuracy can be maintained at about 70%, which is significantly better than the existing model.
