Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of large mechanical accuracy calibration error in the existing mechanical accuracy calibration methods of drug dissolution meter, a mechanical accuracy calibration method of drug dissolution meter based on wavelet transform is proposed. Firstly, the internal structure and operation process of the drug dissolution meter were analysed to determine the key parameters. Then, the weight of key parameters is determined by entropy, and the parameters with higher weight are used as the calibration object. Finally, with the help of wavelet transform wavelet signal decomposition and reconstruction, the mechanical accuracy calibration model of drug dissolution instrument is constructed. The mechanical operation parameters of drug dissolution instrument are taken as the model input data, and the mechanical accuracy calibration results of drug dissolution instrument are corrected by singular value packet decomposition. The results show that the calibration error of the proposed method is less than 5%.
