International Journal of Manufacturing Technology and Management, 2023, vol. 37, issue 3/4, 349-361

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low utilisation, low balance and long-time consumption of traditional scheduling methods, an adaptive scheduling method of agricultural machinery equipment production lines for intelligent manufacturing is proposed. Firstly, according to the number of production plans and the fixed position of the production line, the adaptive scheduling mathematical model of the production line is established. Then, Gaussian mutation operation is used to mutate the pheromone of ant colony algorithm to complete the improvement of ant colony algorithm. Finally, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the production line adaptive scheduling model to realise the adaptive scheduling of agricultural machinery equipment production line. The experimental results show that the average utilisation rate of this method is as high as 94.8%, the average equilibrium degree is as high as 94.4%, and the scheduling time is only 15.9 s.
