Dynamic knowledge strategies and industry fusion

Abstract: Following a knowledge-based theory of the firm, the authors identify the key elements of a dynamic knowledge strategy, with emphasis placed on the integration of different knowledge areas. Specific attention is focused on boundaryless industries that are being combined with other industries, a condition referred to as "industry fusion".
