Abstract:
This paper presents the issues linked to the reliability parameters of electronic equipment in complex systems and deals with the interests of controlling them throughout the whole development process. The development of the method is presented in five stages, from the quantitative determination of the reliability values to target for all the electronic equipment up to the list of opportunities to exploit and the processes to follow to reach the expected targets.
