Abstract: The main objective of this research is to identify the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats in managing the green performance of energy supply chain by using the SWOT approach. In this research, by applying SWOT approach, the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities were identified and then the most relevant ones were extracted by using the statistical methods. Then, by using grey the DEMATEL method, the effects of identified factors were extracted and finally, by using the ANP method, the codified strategies were pre-selected by using the SWOT approach. Based on the results, the strategy of using management capacity to raise the level of familiarity of the employees in the field of green management and facilitating the process of reducing energy consuming devices according to the relevant rules has a higher priority than other strategies in the green management of the energy supply chain.
