Abstract:
This study dives into how women entrepreneurs in India thrive. The study focused on important things like getting money, being creative, spotting opportunities, and overall business growth. Using a simple survey with 496 women entrepreneurs, this study used maths to see what factors really matter. Results show that getting money and being creative are key for business ideas and growth. But getting money does not impact overall business growth much. This study helps us understand what women entrepreneurs need and suggests ways for policymakers to support them. In the future, the study can look more into different industries, study changes over time, and see how policies affect women's businesses.
