Abstract:
The general purpose of this study is to determine how procurement practices, such as project performance, need assessment, supplier sourcing, and contract management practice, influence the performance of projects in project management organisations. An exploratory research approach used for the study, and a quantitative analysis is done, while the other portion contains the four primary independent variables and one dependent variable. This is a practical sample strategy, and a total of 100 managers, contractors and project management contacted for the same. Data analysis is done using SPSS Version 25, including a reliability check. Empirical data are gathered in this study strategy to test the hypothesis. Additionally, statistical analyses are performed. The researcher assesses the effectiveness of procurement procedures in terms of need assessment, supplier sourcing, and contract management. The efficacy of procurement practices on the execution of the project is a research gap that the study attempts to solve.
