Abstract: Supply chain management could flow the quality management from the level of the individual to the entire chain. The cross-compliance with supply chain management and effective relationships between supply chain partners are able to provide the context in which they can play their role in a successful quality management and ultimately improve the quality of the final customer and the profitability and satisfaction. The existing research to develop previous studies that have focused on supply chain quality management, according to this after a survey on different frameworks in the areas of quality management and supply chain from reviewing of literature, the most appropriate framework based on a case study situation has been chosen. Then the data has been gathered from questionnaires and was statistically analysed. The hypotheses of the study have been confirmed and it also suggests that the eight components of the model influence on supply chain quality management.
