Abstract: This paper aims at studying the relationship between the total quality management practices and the performance of the Jordanian enterprise resource planning projects. In this research, nine factors were used to measure TQM practices. The questionnaires were distributed to 27 companies. Exploratory factor analysis method was used to analyse data. Results indicate that TQM practices have a significant positive effect on the ERP projects performance, with a significant value for process control and information technology. Improving the performance of ERP projects is essential as ERP sector in Jordan is considered as an important sector. Research efforts related to implementing TQM in such organisations to improve their performance are rare. The importance of this study is that it inspects the relationship between TQM practices and the performance of ERP projects in Jordan while there are no research papers studying the effect of TQM practices and ERP projects performance in Jordan.
