Analysis on employees' perception towards ERP implementation and its impact in different organisation

Abstract: Efficiency and flexibility are the need of the hour and organisations that are part of the dynamic industry need to get them updated and upgraded at every instance. Hence, it is essential for the organisations to bring about integration and synergy in their activities. This is possible through the utilisation of high-end software - enterprise resource planning (ERP), is an essential tool that helps in performing all the business functions and processes in an organisation. This study revolves around understanding the perception of the employees of different organisation regarding the satisfaction level towards the implementation of ERP. The statistical tools like descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyse the collected data. In terms of productivity and growth ERP has a positive impact on the organisation. This integrated system helps the organisation for the smooth functioning of departments and also helps in proper record keeping in a timely manner.
