The role of time, communication, and cost management on project management success: an empirical study on sample of construction projects customers in Makkah City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Abstract: This study aims to adopt illusion for role of time management, communication management and cost management (TCCM) on project management success (PMS): an empirical study on sample of construction projects customers in Makkah City of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These four variables have been known to have strong influences on construction projects customers in Makkah City of KSA. The researcher draw their conceptual foundations from previous studies, and test the model and data analysis was based on multivariate statistical techniques encompassing Cronbach's alpha (α) to test reliability, percentage and frequency, descriptive analysis to describe the sample, multiple linear regression, via using SPSS analysis software. This paper emphasises the role of time, communication, and cost management (TCCM) on PMS, the study demonstrates that there is positive role of TCCM on PMS. The findings are expected to provide researchers with useful insights to conduct future studies on TCCM independent variables on PMS dependent variable.
