The method used for this research was quantitative research, with a questionnaire as an instrument for gathering primary data. The findings indicate that the most important factor in job satisfaction among female employees is working condition. The results of this quantitative study also showed that the overall job satisfaction is at a neutral level. The findings of this study provide immense benefits for the hotels in Penang Island and will enable the hotels to gain better competitive advantage to compete among the local and international hotel industries. The findings will also assist hotel organisations to know the best way to satisfy their female employees.
