Abstract: In order for a business to withstand the present highly competitive market, money management is very important. At the beginning of the business, entrepreneurs will have to handle all the financial and non-financial matters related to the business. For the purpose of effective financial management, financial literacy is essential for the entrepreneurs. In this paper, we aim to study the financial literacy of the food service industry entrepreneurs based in the Electronic City of Bangalore. The aim is to determine the relationship between the entrepreneur's financial literacy and investment decisions. For this purpose, we had analysed the data collected from primary source by circulating the questionnaire to various entrepreneurs in the Electronic City area. The analysis has been done using the ANOVA, regression and demographic analysis to analyse the data collected. According to the findings of the research, there has been a recent growth in public understanding of finance and wealth generation.
