Abstract:
To enhance industrial transformation and development in resource-based municipalities and increase the conversion rate, this investigation assesses industrial transformation approaches in the age of technological advancement. Firstly, an innovation-propelled power model for industrial restructuring and upgrading is suggested. Secondly, impact indicators for industrial transformation in resource-based municipalities in the era of technological innovation are formulated, and the entropy weight TOPSIS methodology is utilised to generate a comprehensive evaluation indicator for assessment criteria and gauge the ensuing transformation level. Lastly, this study puts forward an industrial transformation strategy for resource-based municipalities and scrutinises its outcomes. The experimental findings certify that after employing this industrial transformation scheme, the conversion rate escalates to 95%, implying that this tactic can proficiently stimulate industrial transformation and development in resource-based municipalities.
