Abstract:
A new approach has been proposed for evaluating the performance of green supply chain management for sustainable development. This approach consists of determining the necessary components of green supply chains, developing a comprehensive evaluation index system, evaluating the membership degree for each indicator using a triangular fuzzy function, creating a fuzzy judgment matrix, and establishing the weight of each indicator. Finally, utilising both a polynomial function and the radial basis function in the kernel function, a performance evaluation model for green supply chain management is constructed, and the results of the performance management evaluation are determined. The proposed method significantly reduces evaluation errors, greatly reduces the time and cost of evaluation process, and keeps the evaluation error below 1.0%.
