Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low correlation coefficient and large evaluation error in the development potential evaluation index system of mobile e-commerce enterprises, the construction and application of the development potential evaluation index system of mobile e-commerce enterprises are studied. Firstly, the characteristics of enterprise development potential are analysed. Secondly, the evaluation index system is constructed according to the influence of influencing factors and development potential. Then, the index is preprocessed by FCM clustering algorithm. Finally, single-level fuzzy and multilevel fuzzy evaluation methods are introduced to determine the index criticality, divide the factor set theory domain, and construct the evaluation model. The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of the proposed method is 0.98, the index noise is 1.10 dB, and the evaluation error is less than 0.5%. The proposed method improves the evaluation effect.
