Financial transparency in budget sector of economy as a necessary condition of clustering

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to determine the current state and perspectives of increase in financial transparency in budget sector of economy and its interconnection with the process of clustering using the example of modern Russia. As methodological basis, the work uses the method of regression analysis which allows determining the connection between financial transparency in budget sector of economy and development of clustering in Russia.
