Impact of un-ethical IT behaviours to cloudy businesses

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to provide guidelines for the implication of unethical IT behaviour on businesses and methods to prevent or to manage the possibilities of such conduct. As most businesses are moving towards the 'Cloud', this issue becomes of utmost sensitivity to most businesses and needs to be addressed. The paper review the risk associated with unethical IT behaviours and emphasises the integration of managerial actions in conjunction with technology protection.
