Abstract:
The paper presents a comprehensive method for supporting important decisions with long-term consequences for an organisation. The proposed approach combines multiple weighted influence nonlinear gauge system (WINGS) networks into a single model comprising a broad analysis of benefits, opportunities, costs and risks (BOCR). Practicality of the presented solution is demonstrated with the illustrative example of selecting innovation projects.
