Chinese style business networking and its influence on future supply chain – the case of ASUSTeK

Abstract: The rapid growth of Mainland China has shaken the business networks over the world. Not only Mainland China, but also Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam have showed the world 'the Chinese business style'. This paper takes Taiwan's enterprise network of ASUSTeK as an example of Chinese business style networking, which stands as an example of IT industry. Through the introduction of this case study, we can get a general picture of the Chinese style business network system, and the operation and management of ASUSTeK, which recently is putting more efforts into developing a green supply chain.
