Abstract:
This paper aims to map the scientific structure of ecopreneurship in the tourism sector through a scientometric analysis. We used the VOSviewer in this paper to present the descriptive information, namely, the annual numbers of articles, source of publications, productive authors, origin countries, main research affiliations and the source publications on ecopreneurship in tourism studies. The collaborations among the main authors and countries are used for the coauthorship analysis. In addition, we adopt the co-occurrence analysis to explore the keyword distribution and research fronts on ecopreneurship in tourism sector studies. Based on the visualised analysis of keywords mapping, results show that the scientific publication of ecopreneurship in tourism sector studies can be interpreted into three broad themes, namely, business administration and ecotourism sustainopreneurship, business administration and ecotourism ruralpreneurship, and business administration and ecosystem of ecotourism entrepreneurship. Based on this analysis, future studies may explore business administration, ecotourism sustainopreneurship and ecotourism entrepreneurship.
