Abstract:
Limited academic studies have focused on understanding the evolution of entrepreneurial businesses in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The case provides an opportunity to gain insights into some of the operational problems related to the development of entrepreneurial business in the CEE region. The case focuses on Morawski Printing House (MPH), a leading offset printer in Poland. The company was founded in 2001 and is expected to achieve revenues of $70.4 million by the end of 2006.
