Abstract: The article presents the evolution of the world oilseed meals market during 2011/2012 and projections for the following season. It contains an indepth analysis of the production, consumption, trade and stocks, by the main types of oilseed meals, at the world level and by the main countries. The international prices of the oilseed meals have a downward trend in 2011, with widely differentiated declines. For the next season, the oilseed meals prices will increase slightly, on the basis of increasing consumption.
