Abstract:
The article presents , the evolution of the economic iem:conjununcture in 2011 and the outlook for 2012-2013. As related by OECD- †Economic Outlook – may 2012 , Mexico continued to expand in 2011( GDP growth of 4%), but at a slower pace than 2010 when GDP growth was over 5,5%. The main contributors to the reduction of GDP in 2011 and beyond are well anchored to the recent fiscal tightening posed by the Mexican government , as well as the slowing of the international trade and the evolution of the US economic recovery-its main export partner. Mexico will continue to expand at almost high annual rate just over 3,5% in 2012 and 2013 with moderate inflation and a sound financial framework.
