Abstract:
The article presents the economic situation in South Africa in 2011 and forecasts for the years 2012 and 2013. In 2010, the South African economy redressed after decreases in the period 2007-2009. In 2011, the country’s economy will revived, registering a moderate growth rate of 3.1%, and in 2012 and 2013, according to its Central Bank and main international institutions estimates, but also amid slowdown in the world economy as a whole, the economy of this country will know still moderate growth.
