Abstract:
The world market of cocoa was a easy rise of prices in 2013 comparative 2012. The average of cocoa no.7, London Exchange, was 2.467 $/tonnes in 2013 comparative with 2.443 $/tonnes in 2012, (+1,0%). At the assortment of cocoa, New York, the average of prices was 2.403 $/tonnes in 2013 comparative 2.349 $/tonnes in 2012, (+2,3%). The world cocoa production was 4.015 thousands tonnes in 2012/13 season comparative 4.052 thousands tonnes in 2011/12 season, (-0,9%). The first producer of world is Côte d'Ivoire, with 1.270 thousands tonnes in 2012/13 season comparative 1.476 thousands tonnes in 2011/12 season, (-14,0%).
