Abstract:
After a moderate increase in GDP in 2013 (2,2%) American economy remains in 2014 on ascendant trajectory, propelled by domestic demand, sustained by supportive financial conditions, low energy prices and the stronger dollar. Monetary policy remains accommodative, with a below-target inflation and a policy rates assumed to increase by end 2015. Public debt is above historic norms and the budget deficit can be narrowed.
