Abstract: The article presents the development of the world cocoa beans market during 2015 and projections for 2016. In 2015, the international cocoa beans prices increased sharply (6,4% at the New York Echange and 1,2% at the London Exchange) as against 2014 and the upward trend will continue in 2016, as the projections show a production decline.
