Abstract:
According to the forecast of the European Commission the economic activity in France, the third largest economy in the EU will recover slightly in 2016-2017, amid moderate growth in private consumption, the projections regarding an increase in productive investments in 2016 and 2017 and also a light growth in exports by the end of the analysis period. The budget deficit is expected to drop slightly while public debt will continue its upward trend of the past six years.
