The meat world market (cattle) in 2016

Abstract: The article analyses the bovine meat world market in 2016, identifying the main trends of the fundamentals of the bovine meat market (production, consumption, trade, stocks) and bovine meat prices at the Chicago (Stock) Exchange. In the article there are highlighted the main factors which influenced the world prices bovine meat in 2016 and perspectives for 2017. Also, it is presented the situation of main actors of the world cattle meat market, of main producing, exporting and importing countries, for the whole year of 2016.
