GARANTEED MINIMUM WAGE IN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract: Our article presents a comparative analysis of national levels of the garanteed minimum wage in the economies of the EU Member States, based on different ways of determining it (hourly, weekly, monthly and yearly). In our analysis we present the countries with the lowest and highest levels of the garanteed minimum wage in the EU, also highlighting its different weights to the average wage.
