Abstract:
Starting from the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the EU’s labour market, this paper analyses from a comparative perspective the progress made in implementing the principles and areas of action of the European Pillar of Social Rights in the EU member states. The research is based on statistical data provided by Eurostat, as well as EU documents, and relevant literature in the field. Based on the research undertaken, a synthesis of the SWOT analysis on the impact of the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights in the European Union is formulated.
