Abstract:
The plurivalence of the crisis situations triggering factors to which is added, almost always, the divergent interests of the international actors involved in crises, as well as the different areas of their manifestations, make the period in which we live to be one rich in tensions, in conflict manifestations at different levels of intensity, but always looked upon with concern by the international community and the countries directly or indirectly affected by this kind of situations.
