Abstract:
Impacts of climate change, caused mainly by emissions of greenhouse gases, are causes of emergency generators with irreversible consequences on the sustainability of the planet Earth. The scale and intensity, frequency and complexity of expressions of emergency situations led to the initiation and development of global policies aimed at reducing the risks of priority thereof. In this context, Romania joins the European and global effort for sustainable development of the planet Earth and the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the Department for Emergency Situations and the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations coordinate local, regional and national activities for prevention and management emergencies, and ensure the human, material, financial and other resources needed restoration of normality, including qualified first aid and emergency care. To increase efficiency in carrying out their responsibilities, membership in international organizations, to participate in interventions (fires, natural disasters etc.) in cooperation with similar bodies in any area of the globe, it is necessary to seek solutions more diverse and especially allowing autonomous technology development and improvement of intervention in emergency situations, especially with robotic systems replace the human factor. As a result, the experimental model presented is based on further development of autonomous mobile robots families for prevention and response to emergencies, especially for a particular area, the frequency and consequences of the fires.
