The case ''Charlie Hebdo'': implications regarding the guarantees of freedom of expression

Abstract: After the 9/11 events in the United States of America and the recent attack of the Charlie Hebdo newsroom, in Paris of 01/07, we shall bring in discussion both the cyber security and terrorism as a source of security crisis and forms of expression. Although the two areas appear completely distinct, essentially she is relating to a common criterion, the guarantees freedom of expression and in particular the restriction of the freedoms.
