Impact of Socio-economic and Technological Transformations at National, European and International Level (ISETT), 2015, vol. 4

Abstract: Romania has understood that the integration in powerful structures means also power transfer between members and that helping others fulfill their objectives, they will fulfill their own objectives. What we want to underline is the concept of “individual security†or “human security†and the possible influences that the values promoted by the international humanitarian law could have on the strengthening of the national security, knowing that between this two there are reports of mutual determination. The action under the regulation of the international humanitarian law field favors the restoration of the initial state of balance and, so, the security ensuring.
