Abstract:
The evolution of modern society is rising more and more challenges to the law enforcement agencies. The crimes and the terrorist actions are nowadays more and more complex and the police and other law enforcement agencies must be ready to prevent and to combat, to defend human life and human rights. When the risk is high the S.W.A.T. units are required to intervene. In order to have effective S.W.A.T. units you must have good management, professional and efficient.
