The developemnt of systemic thinking was done almost simultaneously with society evolution, with organizations one, including military, having a fast evolution because of economy grow up but also being tide to technology explosion in IT. Inside the military organization, the logistic management has its own architecture, it is made of structural elements and its functionality depends directly to interdependencies between parts and their connections. Logistic decisional subsystem is a component of managerial system which represents the assembly of decisions taken inside, these being applied acoording to the objectives established at the level of military structure, according to their managerial architecture. These can be compared with a commanding subsystem with the main role of adjustment, correction and to efficient logistical activities at the level of any military structure, without taking account of echelon (branch category, headquarters, brigade and bellow echelons).
