Abstract:
The current security environment continues to change being described as extremely complex, containing elements interconnected and interdependent. From this perspective, the risks to the security of European citizens are complex, their occurrence is unpredictable in time and space. As a consequence, transforming the land forces into the main exponent of military power becomes an imperative for European armies and for achievieng European security.
