Abstract: In the context of the new threats from cyberspace, humanity is at a turning point, needing measures consistent line of cyber security, both collectively and individually. Providing a secure environment is the set of measures taken by all competent authorities in preventing, detecting and countering cyber attacks. Achieving these measures to enhance cyber security is an expensive, leaving the only alternative for countries whose economies can support such investments.
