Abstract:
The emergence and the development of computer networks irreversibly marked the planning and conduct of military operations, especially marked the conduct of information operations. The latest technology became a part of modern warfare systems, immediately, which resulted in change warfare strategies, techniques and methods in all tipes of it’s development. Information wear in cyber warfare can be considered as the most developed of the war, through which the object, without casualties and without bloodshed. This form of development of informational war in cyberspace called cyber warfare
