Abstract: The doctrine states (along with the authorization procedure of economic and social activities impacting on the environment) economic and fiscal instruments such as pricing policy, subventions and detaxing, soft loans (credits) as levers that help shape legislation assigned to the legislation dedicated to protection of the environment factors and eco-labeling is an economic instrument with special connotations in the environmental area.
