Abstract:
This presentation treats about intellectual property rights in relation of ways of transfer of these rights. The transfer of intellectual property rights represents the modality recognized by the law as way of acquired rights and this may be made by assignment or license agreements or by succession. In order to have a complete and clear view of the transfer of intellectual property rights it is necessary and useful to analyze the acquired rights, specifying how the acquisition of rights, limiting of these rights (exceptions of conferred rights), and the way of termination of the rights. Also will be presented persons holding and acquiring the intellectual property rights by one of the way recognized by the law.
