Abstract: Usually, when discussing the impact of social, economical or technological changes, local, national or international entities are taken as reference. In particular, when considering such an important subject as the relationship between technology, security and information warfare, collectivities are the main focus, also or especially when it is about „an information attack†exerted with the purpose of manipulating through verbal or visual stimuli.
