Abstract:
Running any business in a profitable way involves, among other things, the necessity of a strict organization, both at structural and procedural level, and also an efficient system which must be capable to prevent malfunctions and risks. Based on these considerations, in the doctoral research, we intend to identify and present those factors that affect this important area for achieving performance as it is the relationship accounting – taxation – management. This approach, according to our vision, is part of the overall process of identifying and promoting critical determinants of national interest in the achievement of sustainable development.
