Abstract:
The paper analyzes the consequences of several contemporary phenomena such as the development and increase of the role of BRICS countries, the weak recovery of European Union and the Ukraine crisis on the deepening of the multi-polar character of the world economy as well as on the quantitative and qualitative changes of the international financial flows. The paper shows that the consolidation of new economic poles is accompanied by the multiplication of global economic and financial flows determining new aspects of the relations between regionalization and globalization as well as between developed and developing countries.
