The Impact of Sports Reforms in the New Era on the Physical and Mental Health Development of College Students

Abstract: With the development of economy and technology, more and more students are addicted to electronic products, which seriously damages their physical and mental health, and seriously affects their daily life and learning. Sports are an important component of school education and a crucial means of promoting students' comprehensive development. The essential function of sports is to improve people's health, enhance their physical fitness, and promote their socialization process. In order to promote the physical and mental health development of college students, this article uses association rule algorithm to analyze the relationship between sports and the physical and mental health of college students. This article constructs a research on mental health intelligence based on decision tree algorithm, using scientific mental health evaluation tools to comprehensively and objectively reflect the user's mental health level.
