Abstract:
This study investigates the synergy between business intelligence (BI) and model innovation in the context of big data. It examines how big data enhances decision-making, optimizes resource allocation, and fosters innovative business models. Employing a comprehensive review of current applications and case studies, the methodology highlights the transformative potential of big data on BI strategies. The findings reveal that leveraging big data not only enhances operational efficiencies, helping organizations develop competitive advantages. The study concludes with key insights on big data's role in BI and suggests future research directions to optimize its practical applications in enterprises, offering valuable perspectives for both practitioners and academics.
